BIMT supports learners with portfolio review, CV improvement, interview preparation and employer-facing communication for apparel careers.
Placement success at BIMT begins during training. Students are encouraged to build role-specific proof of skill through assignments, class projects, practical reports and communication exercises. These outputs help a learner explain what they can do, not only what course they completed.
The placement support process focuses on career readiness for Bangladesh apparel, textile, RMG, sourcing, supply chain, quality, compliance and apparel technology workplaces. BIMT does not promise automatic employment; instead, it helps eligible learners prepare better, communicate better and connect with relevant employer opportunities when available.
